Determining the design concept: develop a strong idea to resolve issue regarding to functional zoning, architectural space, circulation, and building form.

Based on the design concept to develop plans and elevations of building. Further planning to allocate necessary resources and expenses to finalize the construction schedule. Refining design and material specifications which are the results of tradeoffs balancing amongst architectural feasibility, expected building lifespan, project costs, and the financial constraints of the development project.

Approval

Obtain drawing approval from government officials.

Execution of project according to the design drawing and specification within the agreed time.

Occupation permit

Get all the completion certificates from various government departments which are required to obtain the occupation permit.
